Amazing place for an October girl’s beach trip! Wrap around balcony and windows everywhere gave us sunrise and sunset views. Deep bqlcony and olenttThe location on the curve of the beach provides unobstructed 180 degree view. Beach is not crowded since next door is only a small owner condo building then beach houses.

I HAVE STAYED MANY, MANY TIMES AT A SANDMANN CONDO! THERE IS NOT A BETTER HOST THAN STEPHANIE! YOU WILL FIND IT JUST AS THE PICTURES LOOK AND IT WILL BE WELL EQUIPPED AND CLEAN! I HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Stephanie is a superb host, high regards and 5 stars! I totally recommend anyone to stay at one of her properties.
We had the best experience with her. She wants all her guests to have the best experience. The condo was outstanding and very comfortable. She attends to a lot of details. Everything is well cared for. The views of the gulf are great! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Stephanie is amazing! It’s nice to rent from someone that cares about you and your needs. Condo…amazing! Spacious, balcony beats any thing I’ve seen in all the years of renting beachfront condos. We’ll definitely be back! I especially liked that summer house isn’t too big like some of the others in the area. Which means elevators are easily accessible and pools are never too crowded. Kids loved the double set of bunk beds!

This was our first time staying in Orange Beach after staying in Gulf Shores about 20(+) times. We loved it! The Happiness601A condo gave us everything we needed after a very long 2020! All the condos we have stayed at before had a third bedroom that was only large enough for 1 bunk bed, which left our kids separated on pull out couches. This third bedroom was huge! They all loved being together! The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. We had a few hiccups from other condos around us but that has to be expected post hurricane. The balcony was everything for us. We definitely found happiness and will return!

This was our third summer staying at 601A and it was awesome! Stephanie is so easy to work and communicate with. The condo has the best balcony and view! Convenient to shops, restaurants, etc. Can't wait to come again!

This is our Happy Place ~
This is our second time at 601A Happiness and we still absolutely love everything about it. Stephanie is wonderful to work with and she has thought of little touch in her beautiful and relaxing condo. We love the beach interior design and kitchen is fully stocked. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and needed nothing. The views inside and out are the BEST along with the huge balcony for sitting/eating relaxing being at the beach. Location is close to Rouse's Market which we prefer over the Walmart there. Lots of restaurants close by and the Sweet Cone Alabama our favorite ice cream store. We will definitely return to his condo as soon as possible. We appreciate Stephanie and her family sharing this special spot. 601A Happiness - Our Happy Place too.
